[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Gifted mass update -DASL Districts ONLY

Good morning
I am starting to get a lot of requests for the Gifted Mass update.  Since Gifted Funding is tied to identification, we need to make sure that our gifted records are being reported as soon as we start sending data to ODE

I have attached the Mass Update form.  If you district only wants the district rule run to open the Gifted records so they will report just mark the green area and return to me.  If their screenings are set and they want to add them all in, they can do that just don't check mark the green District rule only box.

For Community Schools-I will run the district rule to open the records since you typically do  not assess Gifted students.  If you do just return the form and we will get them updated.

For STEM Schools-  I will wait to hear from you to update your records.
