[DistrictEmisCoordinators] MR.0031 error on the student manifest

Good morning
Those that are receiving the MR.0031 error on your student manifest about PS student and a DD disability that you cannot find anything wrong with: There will be a updated manifest out that should correct the errors.  Make sure that you are not reporting a student that will be six after 10/31 with a DD(16) disability.
