Below are the MVECA Districts.  I am sending to all so that you can see that if you do not have CTE, ODE is not looking for a submission from you.

Let me know if you have any questions.  The manifest closes on January 6th.

Attached is the list (as of 1:15 pm today) of 153 districts that have yet to submit at least once during the Exiting Student Follow up - Initial Collection (FY23) or have submitted in a version older than 5.  This list includes only the LEAs that have at least one student in the CTE Group, and we must have all LEAs submit under at least version 5 of the collection request.  This is needed due to an error on the Level 2 Report for the CTE, Grad, and SWD IRNs being collected back in.  In the latest version, 6, we have corrected issues with duplicate SSIDs, as well as created a couple new errors to help identify students not to be submitted, and/or students that have been deactivated/removed from one or more of the groups due to fixing of bugs or other changes.

Please contact the EMIS Coordinators of the entities on this list to encourage them to submit regularly.
