Good morning,
For those of you that are reporting your CTE and have not updated your Grad,  you get a lot of Fatal Error because the grad students are showing that they cannot have all defaults and Other Follow up also be the default
All elements are reported with default values, therefore the '*' for Other Follow-up should not be reported Invalid value '*' in the field 'Other Follow-Up Status'


It does make it very confusing to see the all your CTE student are accounted for.

I asked Margaret to test the follow and it took her down to just 10 level 1 validation and her  missing numbers down to just the Missing CTE students that she still needs information on.   You can try this if you want but you do not have to.

I had her mass load other follow-up to U status unknown for her Grads and SWD and save.  I tested in our test database, when you are ready to add your grad information you can do a mass load of your Grads and SWD back to the * and then enter their data.

This is not something that you have to do.  If you are fine with the level 1 validations and can tell that you have all  your CTE students reported you are good to go.
