Below are some answers to tickets to ODE on missing reports

EOC/AP
Yes the collections are not aware of each other in real-time. If you are reporting a substitute AP/IP result then ignore the corresponding EOC missing test.

ACT -Missing writing
Writing is optional to report. The district can choose to ignore the missing for writing or report the result.
