[DistrictEmisCoordinators] 22.0 release

Good afternoon
As it stands today(always subject to change :)) the 22.0 release will be installed on July 29th when Kelly does her bimonthly server updates.
I have attached the release notes from the installation.
Please note that there are some security updates in the release notes.  You will be receiving a separate email about those.
It will most likely come from me to the DistrictEMISCoordinators email list but it will be from the Student team.  Any question on what will be sent out need to be sent to HelpStudent at mveca.org<mailto:HelpStudent at mveca.org>.  As you all know, security has changed so much over the years, that I do not even attempt to figure it out.

There are some good things in this release,:
You will see a change in how the Help is displayed.
The Grad plans will be active
One of the best is you will be able to upload seals and planned to earn or earned data on the Grad Exemptions tab -Yay.  Kind of a different process than we are used to but at least it can be a bulk update.
The Special Ed issue with older records being transferred over will be fixed YAY!!!
