[DistrictEmisCoordinators] ACT scores

Just as a reminder, If you download new scores from ACT it will include scores that may have already be imported. If they remain in the file they will load as duplicate records.  So if you have a 9/1 score and that score is in the new file it will create a 9/2 record.
Make sure you check the file out prior to loading.
