Hi All!

The high school administration and counseling office has taken this task on for us. They do a "Senior Survey" during the last two weeks of the school year via google form. That provides us with a general idea of what they plan to do, as well as their post-grad contact information. The administrators are using email surveys, as well as phone calls and social media.
