[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Follow up

Hi All
I put a ticket up to DASL State about the follow-up.  I asked if we could update the spreadsheet prior to loading it and if districts that did not load a duplicate file can load their students.

Hi Karen,

My understanding is that we will be able to make updates in the file that you load to SI, but we will need to test that before doing it.

Additionally, at this time, hold on loading any files to your production site as we are making an update.  We will be sending a blogpost in the near future addressing the FW records.  I'll put your ticket on hold so I can update you soon.  Thanks.
