[DistrictEmisCoordinators] SI running slow at night

Hi all
We have had complaints about SI running very slow at about 9:30 to 10:00 and after at night.  That is the time that the attendance calculator job starts for all of MVECALAND so you will experience slowness after about 9:30.  We have to schedule these jobs to run when most everyone is not in DASL so if you are going to work late, as I know a lot of you do, just know that you can expect there to be some slowness at that time of the evening.
