[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Transfers

Good morning all
I just checked with Kelly and at this time Reports and Transfers are working.  Hopefully that will be the case all day.  There were other ITCs with the same issue and she will be working with Frontline sometime today to make sure things are good.

This is also affecting all reports submitted today, not just the transfers.  Most all are ending in error, again you might be able to sneak one in.

We are having issues with the transfers to the DC
Kelly is working on it.  You can keep trying and might hit a time when the transfer is working or you can wait till I send out an email that all is good.
