[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Closing collections

Good afternoon

Please make sure on all closing collections today, that you check to see if you have any missing students on your assessments.  In scrolling through a couple districts I have seen several with missing assessments.  I have had 2 instances where the missing assessment was 0 when last run, but when we went in yesterday and today there were missing assessments.  Weird I know but it is happening.
