As many of you already know, the DISBLD file was officially retired several months ago.  We are currently transitioning to an API method to retrieve this data from OEDS.  Same as before, these IRNs are retrieved nightly and inserted to our Pristine database, which is used by DASLSyncer to sync data to each ITC (FYI, this is option 4 or 5).

You may notice some slight differences in names as this data is now coming directly from OEDS and may have different values than the old DISBLD file.  The data should be more current and more accurate.   Previously the DISBLD file used the organization 'short name', but it appears the new API process is sending us the name that we readily see in OEDS.
