[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Running the new S manifest

Good afternoon
When you run the student manifest you will see the following if you look at submit errors.  It will say none has other errors or warnings.
If you click on that you will see this

It is fine to submit, this is ODE's explanation

Yes, we have already added the new element, Updated Exit Status (FS380) to the FS record. Its ok if the element isn't there yet, but as you can see you do get "errors", which really aren't errors, they are just making submitters aware that the record is short. We do not have that new element listed as required, so, districts can still submit data without it. We will however make it required later this year....but for now, this buys some time for the SIS' to get it included in the flat file extracts.
