Good morning
We had the Change Call webinar this morning and the change for the DD 16 disability was discussed.  This change is retroactive to the beginning of the 22/23 school year.
ODE has changed the check in the DC to make it a warning.  It was easier to make that change than to delete the check.
If you had students who, at the beginning of the school year, you had to remove the 16 disability and change it to ** until a new ETR was completed, you can now update that record and report the 16 disability again.

This will be the new wording in the EMIS manual
