[DistrictEmisCoordinators] MER Extract

Good morning.
In the DASL EMIS Webinar this morning they indicated that the update to the extract would be in 22.3 but they are currently working on the extract and as soon as it is complete they will push it out to all districts.

I will let you know of any updates.
