Good Morning,
We had to restart the ZIS server and Report Collector a few minutes ago to connection issues over the weekend, therefore all Data Collectors must also be restarted in order to reestablish a connection to the Report Collector.  If you could please let me know when/if someone at your ITC restarts, I would greatly appreciate it.
Note, your Level 2 Report updates from Saturday processing have not yet been sent out due to the ZIS being down.  So, once you restart, those updates will begin to replicate to you.
