Good morning
It appears that the issue is using the enter key on the number pad.  It makes sense that if you are typing in a number you will hit the enter on the number pad.  Well that will not work.  Both Kelly and Annette who had no issues do not use the number pad so they were hitting the enter that is next to the " on the keyboard.  If you type in your R702 or anything else in the go to box, you will need to click enter on the letter side next to the " and it should work fine.  Please pass this on to all that you can.
