[DistrictEmisCoordinators] DC submitting

There seems to be an issue with the DC and processing data.
Anything that was submitted on Friday looks like are still showing pending processing.- Student Cross reference submitted on Friday looks like it went though.
A couple things run this morning have failed to submit.  I have an email to ODE checking to see if it is just us or state wide.  Our DC is showing disconnected.
I will let you know when I hear back.
