Good morning
I asked ODE about still reporting the students that were promoted due to IEP, LEP and Alternative Tests (TeraNova, Starr etc)
Here is their reply

Hi, Karen,

We'll be providing guidance on how to report kids who would have been retained but are being promoted based on recent changes in legislation.

For kids being promoted for a reason spelled out in one of the options, then yes, they should go ahead and report that option. They shouldn't remove all of those.
