[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Default School year.

Good morning!
The Default School year is SI will be set to the 23-24 school year, sometime after 5:00 p.m. on June 30th.  I will start running Fall Initialization verify reports and sending the out the first week on July.  I will get the explanation out later this week.
