Good afternoon!

There are thousands of kids in Ohio who are qualified to receive the summer PEBT benefit of $120.00. We have been working with districts/schools who are submitting students for summer PEBT since May 15. The deadline is June 9 (tomorrow) and we still have hundreds that have not submitted students. Because of the end of the pandemic there is not an opportunity for districts to submit students after this window.  ODE has been contacting these districts/schools as well to remind them about the submission.

In an effort to get the benefit to students this summer, I would like to propose using Jitterbit to pull data for districts which do not submit their summer PEBT by the deadline. Please inform me by COB on, Friday, June 9th if you have any issue with us pulling PEBT data on behalf of your districts via Jitterbit.  This is only for ITCs which have an existing Jitterbit connection. For those without a Jitterbit connection, we will send you a list to see if you can help.

We want do whatever we can to get this benefit to as many eligible students as possible.
