Hi All
The DC is back up.
This was the  message from ODE

We had to restart the ZIS server and Report Collector a few minutes ago due to connection issues over the weekend, therefore all Data Collectors must also be restarted in order to reestablish a connection to the Report Collector.
Note, your Level 2 Report updates from Saturday processing have not yet been sent out due to the ZIS being down.  So, once you restart, those updates will begin to replicate to your data collector.
