[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Follow up file

Good afternoon
I will not be checking email the rest of the week.  You can text or call if you need anything,
I wanted to remind you that the Follow up manifest comes out on Thursday.  The level 2 reports with the manifest will contain 2 files.  A .csv that you will load into DASL and a file that could be loaded into the FFE if you choose to report that way.

There are syncers that need to run prior to loading.  I checked with Kelly and they should be running each night so you should be good.
If for some reason you get an error that refers to HEADERS.  Let Kelly know.
