Good afternoon
I had a ticket about the PS token for the Pre ID was not correct.
I went out to DASL State and found this


We have submitted a request to update the token in the Preschool ELA Pre-ID Enrollment File ad-hoc report.  The token for FY24 is elafall23.  The Preschool ELA Pre-ID Enrollment File currently downloads with the FY23 token.  If districts need to run the pre-id files for this assessment, they can do so.  The work around in the Preschool ELA Pre-ID Enrollment File will be to replace the prior token with the current value of elafall23.  This work-around will resolve the issue until the update is complete.

We've been advised that there is a PILOT Fall 2023 Early Learning Assessment as well.  We do not have information as to whether or not the pre-id layout is the same, but we do know that the tokens are different.  The PILOT token is pilot2023ela.

Additionally, the PS ELA assessment will no longer be reported in EMIS.  This was verified today, but once the office decided they no longer needed the data in EMIS it was after the legal deadline for updating the EMIS Manual.  We have received the following information:

For the 2023-24 school year, any program using the Early Learning Assessment (ELA) as part of the requirements for Early Childhood Education Grant (ECE) and/or Preschool Special Education (PSE) funded children, must enter all student ratings in the Ready for Kindergarten Online (KReady) System.
