[DistrictEmisCoordinators] S checklists

Good afternoon.
We are working on scheduling the S checklists.  We would like to get an idea of how many of you would be bringing staff that would just be for building tasks.  We are looking at not having so many trainings that are broken into 2 sections if possible.  In the past there have not been many district staff coming.
