[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Approving Summer CCP

Good afternoon
There have been questions on not being able to approve Summer CCP courses in ODDEX.
I found a ticket a few minutes ago that addresses that

Thank you for your question regarding Summer CCP courses in ODDEX. These courses will not be reviewable until September 1st. All summer CCP courses are put on hold until autumn, to allow for staff to be present for the full 45 day window. The window on these courses will close on 10/16.
