EMIS changes that are subject to this process must be posted on the website<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Feducation.ohio.gov%2FTopics%2FData%2FEMIS%2FEMIS-Documentation%2FEMIS-Changes-1%2FFiscal-Year-2025-Changes/1/010001939bd8cd6b-abf4cbc4-447a-4788-962d-12f30b2e36ff-000000/VaaIcWQz8Rib8qfK14fIbtra3Py8fLB0Ggx7ojyxlIo=382> for 30 days for public comment, 30 days for the Department's response to comments, and then another 30 days for public review before changes are considered “final”.

Information for the 2025 EMIS Trainings is being provided at this time to assist EMIS coordinators and their districts with scheduling.   *   Wednesday, March 5 at 1:00 p.m.

April 2025 – New EMIS Training
Online dates and topics will be announced once available.

  *   In-person: Thursday, April 3

May 2025 – EMIS Focused Training – Graduation

  *   Friday, May 16 at 9:00 a.m.
