[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Templates for Dyslexia and Reading Diagnostics

Good afternoon
You all may know but I did not realize that the templates for the Dyslexia and Reading Diagnostics are out in the Hub under assessments.  I don't see a way to load them yet unless I am missing something. I looked in the latest release notes and did not see any reference to the load process yet.  At least if you have scores you can get them entered on your spreadsheets and have them ready to go.
