[DistrictEmisCoordinators] CRDC Staff info

Good afternoon.
I just spoke with Marcia and there is a CRDC report in Redesign like there was in Classic
There are specific ways that it has to be run.  She will be sending directions to the Payroll staff hopefully later today on how to run it for those doing Civil Right.
