Students in courses with EMIS Subject Code – 132325 – when combined with a Curriculum Code of ‘AP’ or ‘VB’  are not being included in the counts for Table APIB-10: : Student Enrollment in Advanced Placement (AP) Science on the Civil Rights Report, and should be.  PBSIS-31037 has been submitted for this item, and is expected to be resolved for the 23/24 civil rights reporting.

The work around to obtain values for the required courses with EMIS Subject Code 132325 is as follows:  For any courses that have the AP or VB as the Curriculum AND the EMIS Subject code of 132325, they can temporarily change the EMIS Subject Code on the course to 132330, and the students will be included in APIB-10.  Once they are done running the report, they can return the EMIS Subject Code to the correct value on the course.
