[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Few Reminders

Good Morning!

Just wanted to touch base with all of you and give a few reminders.....


  1.  When you login to Student Information the default school year is now 2024/2025
  2.  Remember that you will now need to toggle back to 23/24 when running any current manifests (including Grad).
  3.  Just a reminder that you will need to run Course and Class list update when running Staff and for Course grade; making sure that DEW gets the information about the credits associated with student courses.
  4.  Make sure that you run the update for the count of graduation credits in your S reporting - this is a new task and it is task #50 in your S Checklist
  5.  The following collections will close on July 17th

  1.  Spring State Assessment Grades 3-8 Collection
  2.  Spring End of Course State Assessment Collection
  3.  End of the Year Student Collection
  4.  DPR Growth Assessment Collection

  1.  Make sure that your graduates have been power withdrawn
  2.  Clear up any missing students on your S Manifest
  3.  Check your missing assessment lists
  4.  If you have a message on any manifest to re-run; please make sure to do that prior to the manifest closing.
