Dear Ohio Assessment Systems User:

The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) will be unavailable Monday, July 29 at 8 p.m. through Tuesday, August 6 at 7 a.m. All Ohio assessment user account passwords will be reset prior to TIDE opening for the 2024-2025 school year on Tuesday, August 6 . You will not be able to access any secure assessment system until you have setup a new password. After Tuesday, August 6 at 7 a.m., follow the steps below to reset your password for the 2024-2025 school year.

  1.  Select the Teachers and Test Administrators<http://click.airasthelpdesk.org/?qs=59d1583daa13936f59e13328226675d1854d7860f8cbab64a2cf73ccb52a3a8dbcdc41b08c8f65b35e9bf225fc18a7de> user card on the test portal.
  2.  Select any available system card.
  3.  On the Secure Login page, click the “Reset Password” link.
  4.  Enter the email address that is associated with your user account and click "Send Link to Email."
  5.  An email (from DoNotReply at cambiumassessment.com<mailto:DoNotReply at cambiumassessment.com?subject=TIDE%20Downtime%20July%2029%20%E2%80%93%20Aug.%206%20and%20Password%20Reset>), which contains a clickable link, will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  6.  Click on the first link within 15 minutes of when the email was sent. You will be directed to a page where you can create a new password. The link will expire in 15 minutes; if you do not create your new password within 15 minutes, you will need to select the second link in the email to request a new link or select “Reset Password” again from the Secure Login screen.
  7.  Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.

Note: Upon logging into a secure assessment system, an “Enter Code” page will appear. An authentication code will automatically be sent to your email address. You must enter this code into the “Enter Emailed Code” field and select the "Submit" button within 15 minutes of receiving the authentication code email. Throughout the school year, a returning user who accesses a secure assessment system from a new device or browser, or who has cleared the cache on a previously-used browser, will be required to repeat this process.

Below is the list of systems that require an Ohio assessment system user account to access. Your user role determines which systems you can access and the tasks and data available in each system.


  *   Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE)
  *   Test Administrator (TA) Interface and TA Practice Site
  *   Centralized Reporting System (CRS), including Teacher Assessment Scoring Center (TASC)
  *   Assessment Authoring
  *   Secure File Center
  *   Data Entry Interface (DEI)
  *   Test Administrator Certification Courses

Test Coordinators: The Department strongly recommends that test coordinators review all users in their school or district after system rollover to ensure personnel have proper access for the 2024-2025 school year, including removing users who should no longer have access.
