[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Clearing your Cache

Good morning.
I worked on the assumption that everyone know how to clear your cache in Chrome

Here are the steps.  Once users have done this it seems to work for everyone.
In the browser click the 3 dots in the upper Right corner

Click on Settings at the very bottom of the Drop down.
Click on Privacy and security

Click Clear Browsing data

Check box Cached images and files and click on Clear Data
[cid:image004.png at 01DA7E96.D71A2520]

Then go back and try logging in again.  It will spin a little but should not be for long.
The next time  you log in you should be fine.
