[DistrictEmisCoordinators] EMIS Conf Call Notes - 3rd GRADE Retention

Good Morning!

I have attached the EMIS Conference Call Notes from 09/03/2024

I wanted to make sure that you are all aware of the UPDATED times for the 3rd Grade Retention closing and appeals
New window closes on Thursday, September 5th at 5:00 PM (NOT midnight) - with the window closing at 5:00 the Secure Data Center will update overnight so you can look on Friday morning to see if your data is good or if you need to file an appeal.

The appeal will open on Friday, September 6th and close at 3:00 PM

You will have until Saturday, September 7th at 5:00 to submit your data before the window closes again.

This is all a short turnaround due to the fact that the report cards will be released next week.
