Followup-If you changed the codes for the 24/25 school year you do not have to change them back, just any codes you updated 23/24 and back  :(

Well, I apparently misunderstood what DEW told me about updating to the new ELE Codes   These new codes are reportable in FY25 and ongoing...because they are a FY25 change. As such, they cannot report them in 24G. Sorry for the confusion.
You will NOT be able to use them for the FY24 G reporting _  I am so sorry for the confusion.  If you updated your ELE back a couple years for the FY24 grad you will have to change them back :(  Melanie reported them and they all fataled out!!!

Now that the new ELE core areas are available, are districts allowed to back in years to update courses to reflect ENE, MTE etc for courses that the previously reported as either ELE or as MTH or English or are those only valid for FY25 reporting?

Yes, districts can recode credits earned in prior years when reporting them for the cumulative GC records in FY25.   Guess I overlooked the FY25 at the end :(
