This was information that was discussed this morning at our S training and received in a ticket that Kylea entered in.  Someone in your district may already be aware but I wanted to make sure that you were all aware.

I received the following information from Annette:

When new students enroll, MVECA will need to add them for you into the Roster Verification application.  In order to add them, we need the following information:

First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Student Number, SSID, Grade Level

Note: you will want to find out the date in which your district's RV file was pulled. In addition, you only need to include newly enrolled students who meet the RV criteria below:


  *   Elementary and Middle School Tests: Grades 4-8 – Math and English Language Arts; Grades 5 and 8 Science.
  *   End-of-Course Tests for High School Credit: Algebra I, Geometry, Integrated Mathematics I and II, English Language Arts II, American Government, American History and Biology.
