FY25 Final Correction Opportunities for Assessment, Staff and Course, and Calendar Data Open
From Thursday, Aug. 7 through Friday, Aug. 15, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY25 data:

  *   Alternate Assessment
  *   CTE Assessment
  *   Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA)
  *   Reading Diagnostics
  *   Tier 1 Dyslexia Screener
  *   Final Exiting Student Follow Up
  *   Final Staff and Course
  *   Final Calendar
These data may affect measures on the 2025 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to correct these data.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
