FY25 Report Card Data Review and Verification Open
From Monday, Aug. 18 through Friday, Sept. 5, superintendents must complete a required review of their 2025 student, assessment, calendar, staff, course, reading diagnostic, and exiting student follow-up data reported in EMIS. Superintendents must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2025 Data Review for the Report Card form.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described in Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fcodes.ohio.gov%2Fohio-revised-code%2Fsection-3301.0714/1/01000198bcf327d3-9915696b-a6b2-455d-8fac-0817eb6cd3e7-000000/dKWapgSItpjXcm6bxW9EiHxESwt6x1-Yb1pH8vjXKq4=418>.
