Good Morning!

I just wanted to go over a couple of items with all of you for this month and early next month:

  1. You should be looking at your Federal Child Count reports (Level 2 Reports for your Beginning of Year Collection).... This collection closes on December 19th and this is the final submission for your federal funds for your special education students. Please let me know if you have any questions on resolving any errors.
  2. You should also be looking at your GNIS reports in the level 2 reports of the same collection and fixing any issues there as well.
  3. As a reminder; the tuition module in ODDEX should be getting approved this month as well for your districts (this may be you or it may be someone else in the district; but you will want to remind them of this closing soon)
  4. The Exiting Student Follow-Up - Initial closes on January 6th, this is really close to when most of you are returning from Christmas Break so I wanted to remind you of this as well at this time. This is for your CTE Follow up students... you can report your special education students at this time if you have them but they are not required in this collection.

I will be leaving at 1:00 today for an appointment..... I am planning on having a knee scope done on December 18th and will be out on the 18th and 19th of this month for this procedure. I have been looking at district's FCC reports and trying to monitor them and see if you are able to reduce your numbers (please feel free to call or ask any questions)......

I hope you all have a wonderful day,
Angie
