[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Summer EBT Items

Good Afternoon!

I am sure that you are all aware that districts will need to submit their Summer EBT again.  Kelly Mader will be working on these files for each district but we need to know a few things....

IF your school participates in the National School Lunch Program or the School Breakfast Program we will need to receive an email with the following information:


  1.  Is your district a CEP district?
  2.  Do you have a CEP building only?
  3.  If you are a CEP district or building are you collecting and reporting if the students qualify by reporting a disadvantagement of 6?
  4.  Please submit a help emis ticket telling us when you would like your file.


Just in closing; any district or community school that participates in the National School Lunch Program or the School Breakfast Program please send an email to Kelly and I at mader at mveca.org<mailto:mader at mveca.org> and luttrell at mveca.org<mailto:luttrell at mveca.org> telling us that your school participates in the program, let us  know if you are a CEP building/district, let us know if you are reporting the disadvantagement.

The window for districts to upload their data is scheduled for March 24th - May 1st.  Kelly Mader and I are asking that you put in a helpemis at mveca.org<mailto:helpemis at mveca.org> ticket telling us when you would like for Kelly to send your file to you so that you can upload it.
