[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Medicaid Eligibility Rate (MER) Report

Good Afternoon!

I wanted to send this out to let everyone know that when you go to run your MER report you DO NOT need to click on the box to include district Admission and Withdrawal Dates.  You just need to leave it unchecked like the below screenshot and create the download file
