[DistrictEmisCoordinators] EMIS IDs

Good Morning!

I know some of you are getting errors about the potential that some of your EMIS IDs could be Social Security Numbers.

On the EMIS Webinar this morning they talked about the steps to change/update your EMIS IDs if you would like.  They do recommend not doing this until FY25S closes (07/16/2025).  I am going to attach the pages that discusses making this update/change.

If this is something that you would like to do; please let me know.

One thing to keep in mind is if you are using a third party registration (like Final Forms) you will want to make sure that the set up is correct with them and they using the new District seed numbers as well if you have it set up that way.
