[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Civil Rights - AGAIN

I was just emailed about another Civil Rights update that is NOT included in the 24.2 release  - please see below:

Districts should be aware that many updates for the CRDC reporting are coming in v.24.2.  Item DIND-4 on the Manual Civil Rights Data Entry screen references the school year 2021-22 instead of 2023-24, and this update was not included in v.24.2.  Please make certain that your districts are aware the data to be completed for that field is the data for 2023/24.  Per the CRDC documentation, this question will be retired for the 25-26 Civil Rights Data Collection, so it was determined to resolve more pertinent issues for the 23/24 CRDC submission.
