FY25 Final Correction Opportunities for Assessment and Student Data Open
From Thursday, July 17 through Friday, July 25, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY25 data:

  *   Fall Third Grade ELA and Reading
  *   Dropout Prevention & Recovery Growth Assessment
  *   Spring End of Course Assessment
  *   Spring State Assessment Grades 3-8
  *   Student
These data may affect measures on the 2025 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to correct these data.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
