[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Few Reminders

Good Morning!

As you are wrapping up the school year I just wanted to remind you that you will probably want to run the following items one more time to make sure that you get everyone accounted for...


  1.  Verify/Update - Majority of Attendance IRN (S collection)
  2.  Update - Count of Graduation Credits at Entry (S collection)
  3.  Verify/Update - Non-graduate CORE Summary (S collection)
  4.  Process your student promotion in 24/25 and then process bulk enrollment in 25/26 to catch late enrollees
  5.  Process your Grad Core Summary (G collection)
  6.  Don't forget to send over the Student Course Grade Collection in the Data Collector
  7.  Don't forget to send over  the current Graduation Credit Progress Collection in the Data Collector

As a precaution; make sure that at the end of the year that you are verifying all items before you transfer over your new file to the Data Collector.
