[DistrictEmisCoordinators] KRA Question

Good Afternoon,
Have any of your districts administered the KRA before you assign students to their classroom teachers for the school year?

If so, can you share your process on how you do that so I can pass that along to a district that is interested in administering the KRA before school starts.  Do they just assign a homeroom teacher and not courses?
