[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Fall Initialization

Good Morning!

I wanted to remind you all that the Rollover will take place on July 3rd after 5:00 pm



After the rollover to 2025/2026 takes place; it is also a time to start thinking about Fall Initialization.

I have attached the Fall Initialization Sign Off sheet along with the Fall Initialization explanation for the districts.

I have a vacation scheduled for July 5 - 12 but I know some of the districts would like to have Fall Initialization done pretty early.  If you are one of those districts, please let me know so I can process your Initialization BEFORE I leave on Vacation.  If you can let me know by June 27th I would greatly appreciate it.  I will get your Verification File to you and then you can verify that and complete your sign-off sheet and I will process before I leave.

Those of you that wait, I will send your verification files to you the first week of July and then you can review your information and send in your sign off sheet at your convenience.


PLEASE make sure that when you return your sign-off sheet to me that you put it in a ticket to our ticketing system at:  helpemis at mveca.org<mailto:helpemis at mveca.org>
