Good morning everyone,

It has come to our attention that the information posted on ODE's website with regard to the weighting of CTAG courses in a prior year has changed.

November 17th, the PDF Q & A document was removed and the questions were added to the following page:  https://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Career-Tech/Planning-Funding-and-Accountability/Weighting-Career-Technical-Education-Advance-Stand/Implementing-Weighted-Grade-and-Class-Standing-Pol#FAQ5592


Information in removed PDF appeared as follows and was confirmed in an ITC meeting last week with an ODE representative.

In addition to the change in answer, there was another posting yesterday.  For your convenience, here is a link to the

There was no EMIS Newsflash regarding this change, so we wanted to make sure that we sent out a notice to all of our districts.  We have another ITC meeting with an ODE representative today.  We truly understand how difficult these mid-year changes have been on our districts and hope to give you updated information late this afternoon to clarify and/or confirm this change was intentional as well as any additional info we discover during our meeting.
