FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for CTE Program of Concentration Open
From Tuesday, Sept. 9 through Friday, Sept. 26, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM schools, and joint vocational school districts required to report career-technical education follow-up data in EMIS may review the students included in their 2026 CTE Follow-up Stdnt Draft. If the list is incorrect due to misreporting of concentrator data in EMIS, please review the guidance document on the Districts and Schools Final Correction Opportunities webpage<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Feducation.ohio.gov%2FTopics%2FData%2FEMIS%2FReporting-Responsibilities%2FFinal-Correction-Opportunities/1/010001992e3ebe83-be56f8eb-fd55-4142-bf09-bcc9cf8b144c-000000/uHsLCFwTr49mIg4T7nckEEatgPPXp65XwnOhwTSTXUU=421> for completing a final correction opportunity.

To ensure your final correction opportunity request is reviewed by the Department, make sure the spreadsheet is complete and accurate.
This is the only opportunity to update the 2026 CTE Follow-up List. Districts will be able to request a correction opportunity for placement and credential data during the final correction opportunity for Follow-Up data after the initial Follow-Up window closes. However, there will be no changes to the list of students based upon district final correction opportunities after the Sept. 26 deadline.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee have access to complete the form. However, it is not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent completes the approval process.

Completion Status for FY25 Finance Data Review Updated

Treasurers are required to review and signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2025 Finance Data Review form.
